The idea for incrEDIBLES grew from years of cooking, learning, and working with food in professional and home settings.
Founder Rathi Vikram began her culinary journey during her teenage years, driven by curiosity and a natural connection with food. Over time, this interest grew into structured experience — managing dietary operations at a multi-specialty hospital in Mysuru, overseeing in-patient nutrition while also running a cafeteria serving staff, attendants, and the public.
This experience shaped the foundation of incrEDIBLES:
food that is flavourful, practical, balanced, and prepared with care.
In 2018, incrEDIBLES – The Cooking Studio opened its doors to share this approach through hands-on workshops designed to be inclusive, thoughtful, and enjoyable.
At incrEDIBLES, cooking is not about perfection or performance.
Every workshop is guided, hands-on, and paced so participants feel comfortable asking questions, trying things out, and learning at their own speed.

With formal qualifications in commerce and business management, and professional experience managing dietary services in a multi-specialty hospital, Rathi brings structure, clarity, and care into every workshop she hosts.
Her cooking spans local Indian cuisines and global flavours, always guided by a practical, health-aware approach. More than technique, she focuses on creating an environment where guests feel welcomed, supported, and encouraged to cook with confidence.
